This Google Drawings template uses the side area of the Google Drawings canvas to provide some pre-formatted text bubbles, arrows, and text blocks. The trick is to show students how to select an object and then hold the "Ctrl" key while dragging the object to the canvas to clone the object. This is much faster than right clicking and pasting. The same trick could be applied to Google Slides templates as well. This could be great for creating virtual manipulatives and infographics as well.
Tip: Do you use Google Classroom? Use the "make a copy for each student" option to give everyone their own working copy.
