The student login information should be the same as last year and nearly every 6th grader would have learned their Google sign-in last year. Most will probably need a refresher, but it will seem familiar. The username is based on their First initial, Middle initial, Last Name and the Grad Year. The password is a combination of capital PH + Grad Year + last four digits of Student ID. See the attached infographic as a guide.
It's always wise to plan for a percentage of the student IDs to fail in the first week, and we recommend having HelpDesk on speed dial, since they can usually resolve most of the issues within a day. Students who are new to the District or who have moved schools can sometimes take longer.
