Mark Repp has put together a nice presentation summarizing several tips and tricks for keeping your Google Life organized. These are greate strategies for your professional needs but you can also share these with your students! Enjoy.
The student login information should be the same as last year and nearly every 6th grader would have learned their Google sign-in last year. Most will probably need a refresher, but it will seem familiar. The username is based on their First initial, Middle initial, Last Name and the Grad Year. The password is a combination of capital PH + Grad Year + last four digits of Student ID. See the attached infographic as a guide.
It's always wise to plan for a percentage of the student IDs to fail in the first week, and we recommend having HelpDesk on speed dial, since they can usually resolve most of the issues within a day. Students who are new to the District or who have moved schools can sometimes take longer.
